# Thiết lập email

 Để thông báo hay đưa thông tin đến với học viên của mình từ xa, hình thức đơn giản và nhanh nhất mà đa số mọi người lựa chọn đó là sử dụng email. 

Vì vậy, nền tảng Hachium đã tích hợp tính năng gửi mail ngay trên trường học trực tuyến. Để thiết lập Email cho trường học của mình, bạn làm theo hướng dẫn sau

Đầu tiên, bạn cần đăng nhập vào trang quản trị và chọn mục **Email**

Tại mục **Email,** để thiết lập mail người gửi, bạn chọn **`Thiết lập`**sau chọn loại mail người gửi, đăng nhập mail đó và cấp quyền cho Hachium.

Sau khi thiết lập thành công sẽ chuyển tiếp tới màn hình Soạn

Để soạn mail tới học viên, bạn chọn **`Soạn`,** tiếp theo lựa chọn hình thức gửi và soạn nội dung cần gửi đến học viên. Sau khi soạn xong, bạn nhấn **`Gửi`** (hoặc bạn có thể nhấn **`Xem trước`** để kiểm tra lại trước khi gửi)

Để xem lịch sử gửi mail, bạn chọn **`Lịch sử`**
